Welcome all CTARA property owners
This association is for the purpose of maintaining the private roads within the Christmas Tree Acres properties (see link for survey map). The requested contribution for each 5 acre parcel is $150 per annum. These funds are for road materials and grading and administration expenses related to communications with all members (e.g. USPS mailings)
